Today@Colostate Update — Vice President for Public Affairs Mark Minor gave an update on the changes in progress for Today@Colostate. The goals include better student access, more campus event information, and a searchable database of past stories and press releases. Student leaders will also be engaged to get input on this project.

CSU Events — Vice President for Public Affairs Mark Minor gave an overview of a developing process of a central mechanism of event tracking to help the President and Vice Presidents to be more involved in campus and community events.

Project Approvals — The campus project approvals process was discussed.

Student Fees Update — Vice President for Finance Allison Dineen and Vice President for Student Affairs Blanche Hughes gave an update on the student fee process. The VPSA has met with Vice Presidents and others on campus to explain the process. Students are also actively engaged and working with directors.

Items approved by the Board of Governors — An update was give by Interim President Tony Frank that all items sent to the Board for action were approved.

The budget scenarios discussion was postponed due meeting running over scheduled time.
